Basic salary up to £18000 + great uncapped commission (OTE £50K year 1)

As an established IT Recruitment Consultancy, ITSS Recruitment is enjoying impressive growth and is looking for a Recruitment Consultant with atleast 6 - 12 months Sales or recruitment experience, with the desire be the very best at what you do.

This recruitment role involves working with clients and candidates alike with the opportunity to develop an agreed market sector with new and existing clients. You will build upon your sales knowledge and be fully trained to become an IT Recruitment Consultant.  Once trained, you will grow your sector through proactive sales, and we encourage consultative selling and long term client relationships.
