This leading ecommerce Platform Provider based in London has a truly rare opportunity for a Front End Developer, experienced in HTML5 and CSS to join their expanding team.

The organisation offer an open architecture with APIs and an SDK for developers to plug into to. In addition, They have a comprehensive developer programme and community to allow developers to use a utility to build and support their customers with an app store coming soon that will offer thousands of ‘drop in’ components to enhance the websites that work on the platform.

This is a chance for a Front End Developer to work at the curtting edge of ecommerce technology. The successful Front End Developer will have excellent hand coding and development skills wiith HTML / XHTML and CSS.

You will need to have commercial experience of front-end web development and a flair for UI design. This is a great opportunity to build on your development experience and garner experience within the rapidly expanding mobile development industry.

As a Front End Web Developer, you will have a passion for delivering high quality work and a close attention to detail. An organised and creative approach is also key. Your role will involve creating the front End GUI, Liaising with the development team and 3rd-party solution providers on the daily basis aswell as constantly maintaining the platform feature level up to date

The successful Front End Developer will have expert level experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript aswell as experience working with CMS & eCommerce platforms. Experience creating graphics using Photoshop and/or related packages. Although not essential, experience with the following would be a distinct advantage to your application: PHP, Flash, ActionScript, HTML 5 and CSS 3.
