Our client, a global manufacturer, is looking to recruit a Sales Order Administer, to join their Head Office in High Wycombe.

Their products are used globally by the world's leading companies including extremely well-known brands. We are looking for an experienced person who is customer focused and willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service. To be successful in your application, you need to have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build good working relationships internally and externally. You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and have previous SOP systems experience. This is a busy role, so you will enjoy the buzz of working under pressure and to deadlines, using your own initiative, with a high level of accuracy.

As part of the Sales Support Team, you will assist our UK & international customers, providing total sales support.

Day to day activities will include:
Communicating with customers via telephone and e-mail.
Processing orders onto database within agreed timescales.
Checking and ensuring orders are processed accurately.
Checking customer orders are priced correctly and investigating any price queries.
Processing order amendments accurately ensuring relevant departments are kept informed.
Emailing order acknowledgements and updating customers regarding any changes.
Working closely with Sales Support colleagues to ensure open communication.
Regular communication with our UK and international sales offices and distributors.

Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
To be successful in your application you will have:
Good general standard of education, e.g. minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
High level of accuracy, excellent attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
Previous office experience within a manufacturing environment is essential.
Be customer focused.
Excellent telephone manner.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
Previous experience using SOP systems.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
20 days annual holiday allowance.
