Salary: £32-38k
ITSS Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a digital agency that specialise in complex technology challenges, research-led user experience design and bespoke data visualisation, who are currently looking to hire a Project Manager. You will be joining a growing, close knit team with plenty of training/mentoring and room for progression. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in digital production in an interactive production company or a digital agency.
The client are looking for a confident leader with client facing sensibilities who has had experience in a business that designs, develops and supports mobile applications, web applications and other such digital projects. You are a leader, with strong prioritisation, decision making and conflict resolution skills.
Job Description;
* Working to a PRINCE2 structured project management methodology
* Planning, scheduling and running of projects profitably.
* Communication with clients.
* Coordination of quoting / sign off on quotes.
* Running projects against a process and improving upon that process.
* Constant understanding of scope on a contract and ensuring an appropriate change process is stuck to when it has changed.
Responsibilities;
* Ensuring quality of projects.
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
* Ensuring customers are delighted and want to work with us again.
* Meeting KPIs.
* Responsible for putting together quotes for sales.
* Review and contribution to sales proposals
* Ensure scope is maintained and ensuring the change control process is followed for any changes.
* Keeping constant communication with customers, daily updating customers on their project.
* Ensure all stakeholders (Client, Sales, Finance) are informed of any delays.
* Organisation of outsourcing / contractors.
* Run daily production meetings with production team.
