We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Design Manager to join a multi million pound E-Commerce organisation based in Borehamwood.
This exciting opportunity will suit either an experienced Design Manager or Lead/Senior Designer who has ideally worked within E-Commerce / Marketing industry. The company have been trading for over 15 years and turn over in excess of £500m with a European outreach.
They are a big believer in sharing thoughts and encouraging and supporting innovation and creativity. The Design Manager will also be given the chance to drive all aspects of the project process from conception through to completion and launch.

Design Manager Key Skills:
* Website Design (front-end user experience)
* CRM
* Offline Design
* Customer / User-focused mindset - strong understanding of UX/UI best practice
* Creative marketing design
* End-to-end design & front-end coding for landing pages, microsites, email newsletters, affiliate/PPC banners
* Oversee creation of all artwork and design requirements for Retail (merchandising / POS materials)
You will be highly motivated Design Manager, a good communicator and have a natural desire to create stunning products. The successful Design Manager should have strong leadership abilities, organisational skills and creative eye.
