Location: Southampton
Salary: Up to £30k
ITSS Recruitment are currently working in partnership with an expanding telecommunications business who are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to head up their outbound and inbound digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a creative mind and carry a proactive approach to implementing digital marketing solutions and processes.
What you'll be doing:
- Help manage and develop the brand
- Actively seek out new marketing opportunities
- Create a strong online presence
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities
- Keep up to date with social media trends
- Monitor and report on campaigns performance
- Conduct keyword research to identify new topics for blog
- Inbound lead management and generation (through social media advertising, PPC and SEO/content marketing)
- Create weekly and monthly reports to track lead flow
- Research trends within the industry and keep up to date with marketing trends
- Measure campaign metrics and report on campaign performance
- Management of company blog
Skills:
- Highly creative and able to think of innovative ideas and designs
- Proficient in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop and Illustrator minimum)
- Ability to create a strong social media marketing / advertising campaign to generate leads
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work on a variety or tasks and projects at the same time
- Ability to create effective and engaging designs across a range of marketing materials
- Excellent copywriting and content writing skills
- Strong analytical skills
Experience:
- Creating effective and engaging graphic designs
- Social media management and implementing a social media strategy
- Experience using WordPress
- SEO
- Using Ahrefs (desired)
- Google Analytics / Google my business
- PPC (creation and management of campaigns)
- Handling data and creating reports
- Graphic Design: 1 year (required)
- Social media marketing: 1 year (required)
