Our client, a leading property investment brokerage based by London Bridge, are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager. Whist this is a varied role, the core focus is upon developing PPC campaigns and driving a lead generation strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Creation and execution of the full Paid Media strategy
- Managing monthly budgets
- Proactive with bid management
- Conduct keyword research in line with industry, markets, developments, & competitors
- Build & maintain relationships with external partners such as Google, Facebook, Bing
- Produce Monthly report on Ad Spend, CPL and CPA
- Create a strong formula for what works well and be able to adjust and replicate accordingly.
- Create compelling PPC adverts and unique landing pages for best performance
- Develop and maintain SEO strategy - Conduct technical & content audits
- Manage ongoing SEO performance and be able to adapt accordingly
- Growth our organic reach through on-page SEO activities
- Support the wider team in off-page SEO initiatives
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in Paid Media for B2C is essential
- Experience using Google Ads, Facebook Business, and other paid media platforms
- Experience with HubSpot or equivalent is essential
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Strong reporting and delivery skills
- An understanding of what is required to drive up lead generation
- Good knowledge of GDPR compliance
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Reactive and organised with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
