We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled IT Onsite Field Engineer to join an established, Microsoft Partnered, Managed Service Provider based in Farringdon (with remote working).
This exciting opportunity will suit a talented IT Onsite Field Engineer who is well versed 1st and 2nd Line issues. You will be working onsite with one of my clients most prestigious customers. Based in the customers head office you will be the face of my client and the conduit between the two.
My client is a big believer in sharing thoughts and encouraging and supporting innovation and creativity.
IT Onsite Field Engineer Key skills:
*Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
*Windows 7 and Windows 10 Operating Systems
*Office 365 Email Solutions
*Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016 Server
*Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies
*Networking & Wi-Fi Infrastructure experience
*Server Virtualisation experience
*Security & Firewall experience
*Backup/DR troubleshooting & management
*Dell & HP hardware troubleshooting
*Liaise with 3rd party suppliers ensuring faults are logged, managed and that SLAs are met
*2 Years Prior experience working within a Managed Service Desk provider. *3 Years + Experience working within IT Support
*Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening, and questioning. *Exceptional, oral and written communication skills.
*Proven experience resolving incidents quickly by using remote support tools
*Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
You will be a motivated IT Field Engineer with fantastic communication skills and have prior experience within a solution delivery role. The successful IT Field Engineer should have strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
