I am working in conjunction with one of the world's leading companies in their industry. As a multi-billion dollar organisation with substantial investment, my client has exponential growth prospects. My client boasts a customer base of major global blue-chip organisations.
This exciting opportunity is set within a newly formed PMO team that is tasked with ensuring Continuous Improvement and future proofing across all sectors of the global business. The role of Technical Project Manager is ideal for a CI minded individual with experience in leadership, project management, statistical analytics and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications
*8+ years of Project Management with emphasis on Continuous Improvement in a technical field with demonstrable results
*Lean Six Sigma Proficiency - Kaizen, DPCA
*Strong Statistical Analysis skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
*Proficient in designing performance measurements, metrics, KPIs, dashboards to
provide analytical insights and ensure smooth transition of controls to process owners
*Experience mentoring, coaching and training on tools and techniques in a distributed
model
*Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and team
Leadership
*Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork
*Ability to predict challenges and proactively minimize roadblocks
*Stellar personal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others, drive
new capabilities, and bring new ways of thinking into the company
*Successful record of Change Management
*Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide
feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team
members in a geographically dispersed team environment
*Expert organizational and communication skills with ability to multi-task and quickly
contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
*Results oriented with authentic drive and motivation
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
