- Customer Service Executive / Customer Success Executive - Watford - Up to 23K
This key role sits within the Client Services Team and will provide daily advice, technical support, guidance, and expertise to users of our products and services. This will involve dealing with inbound queries and issues via telephone and email as well as supporting the Client Services Account Managers with day-to-day communications to internal and external stakeholders.
An important aspect of this role will be to translate client requests and system issues and raise these as jobs and projects for our internal data and technical teams to execute, whilst keeping client contacts updated.
There is opportunity for development for keen quick-learning and exceptional candidates in this role; through being an integral part of projects and new business implementations as well as being at the forefront of communications to our client's sales users and senior management.
Primary focus of role
*Provide exceptional front-line support to our users via inbound technical issues and queries
*Develop client relationships with pro-active outbound courtesy calls to check-in and support our clients and users
*Ensure timely and professional service and communication to the client
*Provide daily support to all client-based operations, facilitating progression and communication of workstreams and projects
*Development of excellent client and business relationships, including key senior personnel
*Continually review process and current practice, challenging received ways of working and initiating improvements which add value.
*Display a positive 'can do' attitude in managing client expectations and delivering great service.
*Be a main point of contact for enquires from clients
*Conduct pro-active follow ups with clients
