I am looking for a highly motivated 1st Line Support Technician to join an established MSP based in North London. With years of experience my client is committed to being a workplace of inclusion, equality, respect, and acceptance.
This 1st Line Support Technician opportunity will suit a proactive 'can do' individual who is well organised, self-motivated, punctual, and flexible in their approach to work. The right candidate will be able to prioritise a variable workload and know when to escalate a problem appropriately. I am seeking a IT minded individual who can communicate effectively and work in a high paced environment.
1st Line Support Technician
Requirements:
*Prior experience of providing 1st Line support within an IT Service Desk environment
*Good understanding of MS Office products, including O365 Administration
*Basic knowledge of Windows Desktop environments (Windows 7, Windows 10)
*Understanding of MS Active Directory User Administration
*An understanding of Service Desk protocol - the value of enhanced resolution rates, reduction in abandonment/call waiting time etc
*Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations - possibly where conflicting demands are placed on limited resources
