We are looking for a highly experienced IT Support Coordinator to join a Global Campaigning Organisation. We have a need for a Support Coordinator to provide all staff in their UK office with effective and reliable IT solutions.
Tech Knowledge;
- Considerable experience in first/second line support in an end user support environment
- Demonstrable technical competence of Endpoint management of Windows, Mac iOS and Android systems
- Working knowledge of Windows Servers and Identity management services
- Knowledge of Identity Management Solutions such as Okta
- Experience managing devices and deploying applications with provisioning tools such as Workspace One or similar
- Knowledge of Powershell
Role responsibilities;
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- To maintain and support the Information technology Infrastructure, network and services, including monitoring system performance, performing system upgrades, and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Maintain and support end users devices; Windows, Mac, iOS and Android devices
- Respond to user enquiries and resolve issues regarding global and local IT systems, proactively communicating with customers on the progress of their support ticket
- Troubleshoot users software and hardware issues, proactively communicating with customers on the progress of their support tickets
