We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Administrator to join an established commercial supplier based in Watford. The organisation are one of the U.K's leading in their industry.
This exciting opportunity will suit an experience Sales Administrator or someone with Customer Service / Order processing experience. You will be working within and supporting the sales team, providing excellent customer service and contributing to smooth running of this growing company.
They are a big believer in sharing thoughts and encouraging and supporting innovation and creativity.
Sales Administrator responsibilities:
* Liaising with customers by phone and email
* Process orders using our bespoke software system
* Building customer relations and providing excellent customer service across all communication channels
* Problem solving and dealing with queries.

* Computer literacy
* The ability to multi task and prioritise work
You will be a motivated Sales Administrator with fantastic communication skills and have prior experience within a similar position. The successful Sales Administrator should have strong relationship building, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
