- Role: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Leeds
Salary: £50k + bonus
As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer you will be working with an Infrastructure Manager and Infrastructure Engineer. Within this role you will be trusted to self-navigate, learn and share knowledge in an Azure cloud environment. You will support
legacy web application server environment, and work on the build and architecture of rebuilt containerised application.
Cloud Infrastructure Engineer requirements:
* Knowledge of building, and delivering scalable containerised apps with Kubernetes
* Experience with Azure
* Strong understanding of cloud networking architecture, including Cisco ASAv/FTD/FMC and
load balancers
* Track record of managing Linux servers in a public cloud environment
* To comply with all technical and security processes by design practices.
* Proven experience creating cloud platforms based around a cloud-native modern tech-stack
* Good written and verbal communication skills and good standard of English
* Have a desire to keep up to date with technology changes
Cloud Infrastructure Engineer advantageous:
* Experience with Git version control
* Experience working with development teams writing PHP
* Exposure to Javascript
* Competent with MySQL
