Production Manager, Bucks
Our client, a manufacturer of specialist electronics, is looking to recruit a Production Manager.
The role will involve:
Responsibility for all production elements to ensure on time delivery of quality cost effective products to customers.
Improve, develop and manage all manufacturing processes
Optimise, develop and control manpower planning
Reduce production risk and enhance management controls to reduce risk areas
Implementation of lean manufacturing / production
Manage production, in house and sub contracted production processes
Maximise and improve production capacity
Manage all elements of critical production requirements
Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to maximise and improve production capability
Develop staff and implement an effective production structure that will be foundation for future growth
Must be a champion of Quality
An electronics engineering or mechanical engineering qualification is essential as well as experience of working in large scale manufacturing environment.
