- Our client, a specialist electronics company based near Uxbridge, is looking for a Marketing Manager, to help build a global brand.
The role will be covering all aspects of our marketing in the UK and internationally. Experience in a B2B product-based business is essential.
Objectives of this role
· Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
· Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
· Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
· Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
· Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
· Work with your own budget, setting and achieving KPI targets
· Working in partnership with resources, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
· Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
· Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
· Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
· Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
· Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
· Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
· Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
· Manage, plan, and participate at industry events.
· Monitor, measure, and report social media activities, trends, and campaign result.
· Develop, create, and deliver internal and external marketing materials, including but not limited to: brochures, price lists, blog content, sales collateral, and case studies.
· Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
· Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
· Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
· Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
· Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
· Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
· Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
· Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Highly organised and efficient
· Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
· Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
· Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
· Experience with marketing automation
· Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
