Our client, an established investment brokerage are looking for a senior consultant to join their newly opened Manchester office.
This is a fast-paced company at the forefront of the property investment industry.
Handling a diverse global client base, which ranges from new and seasoned private investors to funds and institutions looking to diversify their portfolios, the company performs extensive due diligence on every property they recommend, minimising risk and maximising returns. With a strong culture of loyalty, this is a company which heavily invests in all staff members.
We are looking for a sales driven person, ideally from an investment background.
* Sales background along with a target focused mindset.
* Ability to pitch, call and qualify clients.
* To listen, build rapport and consultative sell.
* Tenacious, hardworking, organised and polite.
* Ability to question, adapt and act swiftly to close deals.
* Using CRM or similar based Sales management system.
* Using Tasks & Emails To record and document pipeline.
* Preparing proposals to select best options
* To fully understand the project, site location as well as the competition.
* To handle objections and to counter proposal.
* To meet clients on Zoom or Face to Face.
* To attend site visits / meetings to close business.
* To take client from initial lead, to engage, qualify right through to Exchange of Contracts.
