Location: Barnet
Salary: £28k
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
ITSS Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well-established and rapidly expanding business within the Property sector, who are looking to hire a Team Administrator. They are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who wants to get involved with as much as they can, being a key part of how the company runs.
You will be working alongside their Office Manager providing admin support as well as a range of other tasks to keep the office ticking over.
As a young, dynamic company they use a lot of technology and a proficient case management system so you must be competent with computers and the Microsoft applications.
Key skills:
- Excellent organisational skills - Excellent telephone manner - Time keeping
- High level attention to detail
- Previous administration experience required
- Ability to prioritise your task load
- Admin experience within the property industry (advantageous but not essential)
You will also regularly deal with solicitors, estate agents and vendors in the home moving process. The position is based in their head office in Barnet with occasional home working.
