ITSS Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a communications business who are looking to recruit a Financial Controller on a 1 year fixed term contract. The role is an interesting and varied one, and you will be responsible for working with a small and friendly team of 20+ people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including cashflow management, invoicing, purchasing.
* Enter Accounts data onto Sage.
* Point of contact for external accountants in the finalisation of annual statutory accounts and tax documents.
* Liaise with Project Managers to enable tracking of project expenditure and ensure invoices are allocated correctly to facilitate accurate project reporting.
* Coordinating audits.
* Other ad hoc tasks that may be required and as assigned by the Directors.
Essential Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
* Sage50
* IT Literate (MS Office)
* Ability to handle a varied role
