Location: Borehamwood (Hybrid working 60/40 split)
Salary: £22k - £28k (depending on experience)
As a Product Marketing Executive you will be supporting the Senior Executive/Manager in the set up and maintenance of a range of bookable gift experience product records. You will be working with the Buying Team to set up experiences provided by a wide range of suppliers, from small local businesses to big brands, and will work closely with the wider Marketing Team to optimise the performance of these products. We are looking for a person who can use their creativity and attention to detail to create products that delight customers and deliver great sales for suppliers.
A bit more about the role:
* Create products for a range of experiences in the Days Out and Food & Drink categories
* Research and write product copy that is customer friendly, informative and persuasive, adhering to SEO best practice and is in keeping with tone of voice guidelines for each of our brands
* Select the best images to use, with sizing and basic editing using Photoshop
* Manage the lifecycle of the product range including launching new offers, making changes to content and pricing and removing products when no longer available
* Work closely with the Web Trading Team to review product performance and make changes to optimise product range performance
* Send regular range updates to the business, including products launched, key changes to content, pricing changes and products removed from sale
* Moderate customer reviews and liaise with Customer Services and Partner Management Teams to ensure that learnings are fed back into our product information
* Support the rest of the Product Marketing Team to deliver work in other category areas in line with business priorities
Product Marketing Executive Desirable Skills:
* Previous experience using Photoshop
* Previous experience using Salesforce
* Experience of working alongside Design, Buying and IT teams
