As a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN), you will play a vital role in their dynamic team. From anaesthetic monitoring to medical nursing and conducting nurse clinics, your skills will be put to the test in a variety of tasks. General Duties of a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN):
* Ensure the safe and effective administration of anaesthetics during surgical procedures.
* Provide expert care to animals, assisting in their recovery and managing ongoing medical needs.
* Conduct and oversee various nurse clinics, contributing to preventative healthcare and client education.
* Collaborate with the team in 24-hour hospital sites, participating in emergency care and critical situations.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and procedures.
* Work closely with veterinarians and support staff, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
