- HSEQ Advisor - Up to 55K + 23% Pension, 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays - London - Hybrid (3 days in office)
We are looking for a highly motivated HSEQ Advisor to join a one of the largest EV charging networks across the UK with over 2,700 points, primarily across London with with over 70,000 charge points globally in operation and targeting 150,000 by 2026.
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and hard working HSEQ Advisor who will be given support and training to win hearts and mind to ensure everyone work towards a safe and productive environment.
The incumbent will ensure the continued development and improvement of Health, Safety,
Security, Environmental & the Quality behaviours and delivery in line with the companies strategy. Alongside delivering a pan business team alignment whilst securing a consistent approach and compliance with legislation and group requirements.
Area of responsibility is 40+ TCSUK people safety in their day to day.
HSEQ Advisor Experience:
* 2 year experience deploying Safety role with front end workers
* NEBOSH Certified
* Develop and Manage HSE systems to ensure continued certification to relevant standards including 45001, 14001, 9001 and any other business-relevant standards or certifications.
* Oversee HSE-related audits (Company and external)
* Organize yearly UK internal audit planner
* Actively promote an HSEQ culture within the team
* Safety plans
* HSSE Management System
* Manage HSSE KPI and HSSE performance reporting
* Provide proactive and reactive advice in all areas of HSE, provides support and guidance to the business to ensure statutory compliance, standards compliance and best industry practice.
* Ensures all mandatory trainings are followed.
* Own and maintain registration to Safe Contractor and to HSE.
* Act as a single point of contact for all internal HSSE activities
* Owner of the Global Safety Day.
You will be self motivated HSEQ Advisor, a good communicator and be able to hold the up most professionalism and standards whilst on site. The successful HSEQ Advisor should have strong problem solving abilities, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
