Location: Warrington
Salary: £35-42k
As Management Accountant, you'll work closely with our Finance Director, playing a key role in producing management accounts, leading on reconciliations, and getting involved in everything from VAT returns to payroll and WIP reviews.
It's varied, fast-paced, and a great opportunity to make your mark.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare Management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation and payment of weekly and monthly salaries including dealing with HMRC
- Assist with year end statutory accounts and dealings with auditors
- Preparation and submission of monthly Vat returns
- Arranging payments and posting journals
- Accruals and prepayments
- Overseeing transactional processing roles
- WIP reviews and reconciliations
- Ad hoc duties
The successful candidate for the Management Accountant is someone who:
- Has experience in a similar role
- QBE or part qualified (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
- Proficient in Excel
