We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Electrician to join a well-established electrical contractor specialising in agricultural and industrial environments. This role is based in the Herefordshire area and offers excellent opportunities for career development and progression.
As a Senior Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of electrical systems across a variety of agricultural and industrial sites. These include complex setups such as 3-phase systems, switchgear, and automated controls.
You'll work both independently and within a team to ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This position is ideally suited to a Senior Electrician looking to take the next step in their career, with the potential to progress into a Project Manager-style role. You'll bring technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach to every task.
Required Senior Electrician Experience:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
* City & Guilds Level 3
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience working with 3-phase systems
* Ability to work autonomously and manage small teams
* Background in agricultural or industrial electrical work (advantageous but not essential)
As a Senior Electrician, you will be expected to demonstrate sound health and safety practices, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the smooth delivery of projects on a day-to-day basis.
