Essential
1/ Manage customer returns or complaints and report timeously
2/ Carry out fault and root cause analysis on electronic equipment
3/ Fault analysis reporting for customers
4/ Good Communication skills at all levels
5/ Good quality Control and or Assurance skills on electronic equipment
6/ Manage a quarantine and non-conforming products
Advantageous
1/ ISO 9001 internal auditing qualification
2/ Manage an internal audit plan and reporting thereof
3/ Manage statistical analysis
4/ Health and Safety experience
5/ Managing R.E.A.C.H, RoSH and WEEE regulations
6/ Experience within IEC 80079-34
7/ Aiding the Quality Manager in training
8/ Ability to review/update work instructions
