- Payroll and Benefits Assistant (EMEA) - Up to 40K + Bonus + Private Health + Great Pension - Hybrid (2 days per week in office), Farringdon, London Office
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Payroll Assistant (EMEA) to join an award winning and industry leading Global Technology Group based in Farringdon, London.
This exciting opportunity will suit a talented and experience Payroll Assistant who is looking for an increase in both scope and complexity within an international capacity. The position will serve as a key part within the payroll, compensation and benefits team across EMEA.
Payroll Assistant responsibilities
● Assist with day-to-day operations of the Payroll & Benefits function and duties
● Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to Payroll & Benefits,
policies, and regulations
● Accurate input of payroll data, and assist in running the full Payroll cycle with third party providers
● Assist in verifying payroll previews every pay cycle against previous payroll registers
● Complete monthly Payroll processing and administration
● Review, verify and process monthly enrollments, terminations and change in life status
events
● Responsible for insuring employee Payroll & Benefits records are properly organized and accurate
● Maintain clear understanding of general benefits relate regulatory requirements and updates as well as internal policies, procedures, and control standards
● Experience in Payroll in one of following countries UK/Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, France or South Africa in a similar role required
You will be a motivated Payroll Assistant with great communication skills and have prior experience within a similar position. The successful Payroll Assistant should have strong problem solving abilities, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a multinational team.
