An exciting new opportunity has become available within one of the UK's leading Construction firms with offices across the UK.
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate IT Support Engineer to provide first class support for our internal user base. You will have the responsibility of user issues from start to finish, working alongside other engineers to provide an excellent experience.
They are a big believer in sharing thoughts and encouraging and supporting innovation and creativity. The environment is relaxed yet professional, gone are the days of a corporate rigid structure and you will be given flexibility.
IT Support Engineer experience:
* Office 365
* Active Directory
* Cisco Firewall, Umbrella & Meraki
* Printerlogic - Cloud printer management
* Connectwise Screenconnect
* Sophos Antivirus
* MDM - Microsoft Intune
* Freshservice
We are not expecting the IT Support Engineer to have experience in all the technologies above, just a strong basis knowledge and passion to learn more.
You will be self motivated IT Support Engineer, a good communicator and have a natural desire to create an fluid environment. The successful IT Support Engineer should have strong problem solving abilities, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
