We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced eLearning Designer to join an industry leading and award winning organisation with offices across the UK and Europe.
This exciting opportunity will suit a talented eLearning Designer who is well versed in the Articulate Storyline (or other elearning design tools) with a minimum of 2 years commercial experience.
They are a big believer in sharing thoughts and encouraging and supporting innovation and creativity. The eLearning Designer will also be given the chance to be involved in all aspects of the project process from conception through to completion and launch.
The environment is relaxed yet professional, gone are the days of a corporate rigid structure and you will be given flexibility to get the job done!
eLearning Designer skills
* Demonstrated experience as an elearning instructional designer
* Experience of delivering elearning products on a Learning Management System
* Demonstrated experience in Articulate Storyline and other elearning design tools
* Strong graphical design skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent follow-up, time management and organization skills
* Ability to engage with complex and unfamiliar subject matter
* Excellent communication and team-building skills
* Excellent editing, written and oral communication skills
* Creative flair and passionate about design
* Keen attention to detail
The eLearning Designer will be a good communicator and have a natural desire to create amazing code. The successful eLearning Designer should have strong problem solving abilities, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
