Location: Shifnal
Salary: £25,000+
I am recruiting an IT Support Technician role in Shifnal, to work with a national leading company in their sector.
You will be part of a team that delivers IT Support to our staff/contractors under the guidelines of ITIL. You will be the first point of contact to customers both remotely and on-site for business IT support; ensuring customers are provided with quality support and participate in assigned project deliverables as required.
IT Support Technician Essential Skills:
* Experience of Desktop support (Microsoft OS & Applications)
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and 365
* Effective analytical and problem determination skills
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a large team on technical projects.
* Accuracy and attention to detail
IT Support Technician Desirable Skills:
* Experience of Office 365 use, eg Outlook, Word, Teams etc
* Basic PC based hardware engineering
* Microsoft Certifications (MCSE, MCP)
* Awareness of security (e.g Firewall) technologies
* ITIL
