We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled CSA Manager (Civil, Structural and Architectural) to join an award winning and industry leading Data Centre Group based in Farringdon, London.
This exciting opportunity will suit a talented and experience CSA Manager who is well versed in Mission Critical industries. You will be working in a newly founded Development & Engineering (D&E) who work across EMEA and the globe.
CSA Manager Key skills:
* Build, lead, scale and manage a CSA team focused in the EMEA regions.
* Develop and lead updates to the design standards and specifications for consistency and maximum system reliability
* Lead all aspects of architectural design and civils and structural engineering including conceptual design, basis of design, scope of work, development of construction documents
* Lead all aspects of BIM implementation including BEP, naming convention, model maintenance
* Lead client interfacing CSA technical meetings, providing support to the Solutions Engineering team
* Contribute, participate and lead cross functional company initiatives to drive the long term vision
* Develop and lead updates to the design, procurement, and construction processes
* Oversee review process of engineering studies of all types
You will be a motivated CSA Manager with good communication skills and have prior experience within a similar mission critical (ideally data centre) position. The successful CSA Manager should have strong problem solving abilities, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a multinational team.
