We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Operations to join one of the UK's most ambitious and fastest-growing charities.
Based at our Southend-on-Sea headquarters (with hybrid working), the Director of Operations will come from a strong Health or Social Care background and possess proven leadership skills alongside the ability to deliver lasting organisational growth.
As Director of Operations, you will lead a team of Service Managers, working closely with the Managing Director to ensure both financial sustainability and progressive service development.
Director of Operations requirements:
* Professional qualification in health, social care, or a related field
* Proven experience in a senior management role at Director or Head of Service level within adult social care
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
You will have a proved track record as a Director of Operations, leading change and developing growth in a previous similar role.
