London Bridge

Our client, one of the UK's leading property investment specialists, is recruiting a Head of Marketing. The company is looking to continued their growth and have recently opened an office in China. This is based by London Bridge.

You will be responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy for the company and ultimately, bringing in leads and new business.

● Creating and executing the marketing strategy
● Managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bings Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
● Producing ad copy and creatives
● Website development and management (copywriting, building new pages etc.)
● Producing blog articles and other assets (e.g. white papers, guides, fact sheets)
● Running email marketing campaigns
● Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance
● Managing social media accounts
● Providing event support

Essential skills and experience
● At least 2-3 years of marketing experience
● Proficiency with Google Ads and Google Analytics (certifications preferred)
● Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
● Strong experience with WordPress
● Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS
● Excellent communication, design and writing skills
● Ability to work independently, proactively offer creative new ideas, and think strategically
